Due to an increase in demand for Rentguard s services we are looking to expand our It team by hiring a Tech Support Specialist on a flexible contract. This position has a varying number of hours per week requiring a minimum 3 month commitment from April onwards The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in an It support operations role. A good working knowledge of network support including wireless A good working knowledge of Windows Server 2003 Ms Exchange Active Directory and Group Policy is necessary as is familiarity with Ms Office Antivirus products Backup software laptop Fax and printers. General Excellent programming and analysis skills Able to troubleshoot problems and work on own initiative Work to agreed timescale and specification Commitment to quality The position will require some flexibility when certain tasks require evening or weekend attendance.
