Key duties include Regular communication with our retailer partners and other third party agencies (including negotiation of special deals and offers Maintaining and updating website content including retailer offers Resolution of online customer queries Planning and creation of customer emails and online newsletters to drive incremental revenue Preparation and analysis of reports Thinking creatively to help drive revenue growth Having direct P&amp L responsibility The successful candidate will have Experience working with online cashback rewards schemes Experience with ecommerce affiliate marketing High level of competence in manipulating data using Pc and web-based applications Excellent written and verbal communication Good analytical and numeracy skills A strong can-do attitude and a willingness to get things done High degree of self motivation and an ability to use initiative work without supervision and be self-motivated Ability to work as part of a team with a flexible approach Confident telephone manner Ability to look at customer interaction as a sales opportunity.
