Office Administrator ref Gl201 23 (Ms) c 19000 We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to assist in coordinating the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office and to provide general secretarial and administrative support primarily to the Trust staff. As a member of the Finance and Corporate Services Team based in our Waterloo office this post will play a key role in contributing to the effective facilities management and administration of Groundwork London. The post will need to be flexible as both the role and Groundwork London develops. You will have proven experience of working in an office based environment providing administrative support to a team and be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes. You will also have experience of dealing with the public in person and by telephone organising meetings and events. You will have good communication skills and be able to organise your work to deal effectively with competing demands.
