Audio typist Finance Assistant The james stevens group is a fast growing business focused on property support we have three main elements to our business commercial cleaning inventory services and energy performance assessments. Based in W10 we are keen to recruit a suitably experienced person to join our central administration team. You will divide your time between transcribing documents for our inventory team and working in the accounts function preparing invoices and statements posting payments and dealing with queries. Suitable candidates will need the following attributes o Audio typing experience with at least 50 wpm typing speed o Experience of Sage accounts o Good spoken and written English You will need to be prepared to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business. The appointment will be full time after the completion of a three month probationary period. Please ensure that you meet the requirements outlined above.
