Sales Associates for Luxury Interiors Showrooms (Chelsea &amp Fulham)

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable sales associates to join our impressive sales team who thrive in a challenging fast paced and growing company. We have two high end retail stores based in Chelsea and Fulham with a third showroom opening this year and therefore require polished and professional individuals who proactively work to make sales happen. The role will involve selling products to customers show floor appearance and maintaining high retail standards. Ideally the candidate will have an interest in Design and related industries. Previous experience of high end sales is preferred but well presented and self-driven candidates are also advised to apply. The ideal candidate will have the following Be smart and well presented Possess good communication skills Have excellent customer service and sales skills Strong working knowledge of Ms Office Ability to multi-task Follow through and adhere to protocol Duties will include Daily communication with the rest of the team to keep updated on leads and sales Be responsible for daily banking Z reads and weekly sales reports Keep the showroom looking sharp and up to standard Restocking and transferring items from warehouse to showrooms Maintain the resources and samples library with up to date information Keeping product specification sheets up to date with relevant prices and information Provide ad hoc administration support to senior team where necessary The administration of the cash float Be available to provide additional support with events where required Look after clients enquiries and offer sound advice on Lb Products Daily administration tasks and general tidying and organisation of showrooms Engage and inspire clients Keep up to date with suppliers and current products Packing and wrapping gifts to clients needs Working over the holiday season and weekends Benefits include Basic Salary commission after 3 months employment working with like minded individuals and working for a recognised interiors retailer.
