Pa with project management experience- 4 month contract ?16 per hour Holiday pay Our client a finance company based in Canary Wharf has an amazing opportunity for a Pa with project management experience to support a Director and investor group of four people. This is a new position due to the continued growth of the company. Project management experience and expensive use of Power Point are essential for this role. Duties include Managing a complex diary system Organising &amp booking meetings conference calls Minutes of meeting Preparing reports information prior to meetings Travel bookings online &amp over telephone E-expenses Managing project invoices for processing &amp payment Creating complex presentations &amp spreadsheets on a monthly basis Compiling Kpi data and creating reports monthly Stationery &amp hardware orders Processing Security applications for contractors Managing Project documentation and online filing system Liaising with external clients on a daily basis Support where necessary The successful candidate will have 2 years previous project and Pa experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to this role along with Advanced Level Word Excel and PowerPoint. The ability to work under own initiative and develop own responsibilities are key to the success of this role.
