As Personal Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Executive by providing an effective secretarial and organisational support service. This position is a very central role at the charitys head office and involves a great deal of responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the organisation including the following Managing a daily administrative and coordination activities (including maintaining the Chief Executive s busy diary) Working closely as a first point of contact with the Central Team and operational staff teams. Liaising with high profile external contacts on behalf of the Chief Executive. Drafting a variety of written documentation including reports letters memos and other correspondence. Participating in a wide variety of meetings including Board meetings and writing minutes. Undertaking research for the Chief Executive including specific projects. Be of personal assistance and support to the Chief Executive as first priority. In order to be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate they are able to meet the essential criteria as outlined below Above all extremely well organised and systematic Able to multi-task prioritise and manage a very heavy workload Very strong communication skills both written and verbal.
