Duties Screening telephone calls and enquiries and handling them. Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments. Helping the Md with Pr. Arranging travel and accommodation Dealing with correspondence writing letters taking dictation and minutes. Organizing and attending meetings and take notes at meetings. Assist the Md during presentations. Dealing with incoming email faxes and post. Producing documents briefing papers reports and presentations. Helping with the Office administration. Other ad-hoc duties as required.
