We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to play a key role in providing administrative support to the Md of a construction company based in Battersea London. The ideal candidate will be a flexible and experienced administrator with an outgoing friendly personality a self-assured approach to contacts and work in general and excellent personal presentation and organizational skills. The job also involves office management duties in close collaboration with the Managing Director. Personal Specification Candidates should possess Proven Pa experience and a confident nature Impeccable attention to detail and a good time-keeper Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages (Word Excel PowerPoint Access) shorthand or audio typing ability would be advantageous High standard of English both written and spoken excellent organizational and time management skills ability to work on own initiative as well as contributing to teamwork in a small dynamic organization.
