We are searching for a bright and experienced Macintosh Support Professional to resolve escalated first and second line support queries and mentor Junior members of the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a ambitious individual to move up within a growing organisation. The Position The Helpline Supervisor is required to provide first and second level technical support for hardware software network telephone and retail systems. You will be required to have a full knowledge of the Apple product range with expert knowledge of the latest Oss as you will be diagnosing and troubleshooting any incoming support requests. It will be your role to schedule any team activities and training assign tasks to members of the team and report back to the Helpdesk Manager. Strong people management and customer relationship skills are required as you will need to mentor junior members of the team and deal with any customer complaints Technical skills Essential Experienced Apple Mac Engineer with deep knowledge of Mac environment Significant Mac Osx client and Server knowledge Mac Hardware support Experience in support of Mac peripherals Experience of working on a large busy helpdesk Previous experience in Technical Customer Support Desirable Educated to a degree standard Apple Mac certified Previous experience in team management Knowledge of application support The person Bright and highly personable Customer facing Service orientated People Management skills Project management skills Excellent communicator Flexible attitude towards work Workload management experience A problem solver Good time management skills The remuneration ?25000 to ?30000 Training and development Please Only Apply For This Role If You Have Extensive Recent Experience With Mac Osx.
