Igloo is a childrens lifestyle store w.iglookids.co.uk that is now recruiting for a full-time Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor (depending on skills and experience) for its Islington store. Igloo is all about offering excellent customer service (to both grownups and children) and applicants need to be conscientious friendly capable and organised. Preferable if applicants have had at least 2 years related managerial retail sales experience. You must have a high level of computer literacy and the drive to achieve ambitious sales targets and know how important it is to maximise the potential of the business through effective team work. We will train you to understand all aspects of chidrens lifestyle retailing. You will be working with the entire Igloo team including the press office and our online store. Salary subject to experience. Key expectations Passion and flair for the product with the ability to offer great customer service You must be able to open and close a store You must also oversee and be involved in the day-to-day running of the Igloo website and stock system which also involves customer service and managing internet fulfillment You must be computer literate and the ability to multi-task and oversee a variety of different aspects of both the physical and online store You will help with selecting training developing and supervising all store team Must have a good understanding of the brands concept of visual presentation We as a company offer a fun and challenging environment with the opportunity to develop and progress in this ever growing business.
