Job title Team Leader Office Admin Job description Hf is looking for friendly committed individual preferably with electrical construction background to provide expert advice and solutions (customer service and quotations) for electric underfloor heating projects and wet room solutions from planning stage to delivery. Ability to read building drawings and mathematical skills are advantage. Self starter with can-do attitude and organisational skills are the key characteristics. Duties include Answering inquiries from potential customers over the phone e mail and in person. First point customer contact for advice and planning Prepare price quotations based on details and drawings sent by customer creating ideal solutions for individual requirements Ensuring that order is fulfilled and all goods are dispatched to the customer within agreed timeframe Dealing with couriers and third party suppliers ensuring smooth run of the warehouse Participate in stock take warehouse and office organising After sale customer service regular contact with trade customer base and returns handling Skills we are looking for common sense It Skills (Outlook Office Ie mathematical skills (ability to calculate floor space from given dimensions or from drawing communicative and friendly personality Electrical construction background is advantage ability to think under pressure flexibility quot can-do&quot attitude We are a growing company and we are looking for somebody who can grow with us. The successful applicant will be rewarded both in responsibility and financially. Package will be 18k to 25k plus bonus depending on experience.
