My Client a well established online casino group is looking to recruit a French German Italian Spanish Russian Greek Turkish speaking Art Director to join their operating team. You will take responsibility for both the creative strategy of the company and also all tactical and operational creative delivery and also determine website &amp advertising design strategy and manage all creative staff. You will also build up the current resources by a combination of recruitment and internal growth development. Servicing 10 brands the successful candidate will operate with an agency model with internal departmental clients. Your vision should ensure that the company uses both web2.0 and 1.0 design concepts in the most profitable ways. Experience in the Gaming industry is essential with strong web design skills (Xhtml Css Photoshop Dreamweaver Flash) banners affiliate and customer advertising background.
