Web designer developer Your Role To produce professional cross-browser website designs of exceptional quality using Html and Css for Epoq s content management system. Tasks &amp Responsibilities -Design new websites -Maintain and enhance existing website design -Provide regular progress reports on work to team leader and project managers -Assist your team leader as required. Essential Education &amp Experience -Good aesthetic design skills -An advanced knowledge of Css and Html -Three or more years experience of designing websites using Html and Css -An intermediate knowledge of a graphics package (such as Photoshop An appreciation of cross-browser design issues -A portfolio of past web designs (live or in archive) Desirable Skills and Experience -Previous experience of working on large e-commerce projects highly desirable Appreciation of accessibility and usability best practise is highly desirable A familiarity with JavaScript (or related libraries) is advantageous. A willingness to learn is essential Experience of designing websites in a modularised and highly dynamic environment is advantageous.
