Quality Assurance Analyst (Battersea)

We are a young medium sized (25 people) office based in Battersea SW11. we are currently seeking a test analyst to plan and write test case specifications perform functional technical and acceptance testing and to participate in all test preparation and execution activities. This role also involves providing support for the software products we have in the market. Test Analyst- websites Responsibilities Develop and execute Test strategy Test plans and Test cases for projects using best practice techniques. Producing detailed Test plans and input to test approach Defining test scenarios and detailed test specifications Performing functional and non functional systems testing Participating in acceptance test activities (Uat and Oat) Raising defect reports and managing them until closure Identifying and creating Test data Reviewing third party test plans and results Scoping test requirements Providing reports on testing progress and quality metrics Requirements of Lead Tester The successful candidate will have a solid background in testing complex I.T systems using best practice methodologies. 1 Years in Testing role on projects ideal Testing for performance capacity and security as well as functional integrity. Use of a range of Testing tools to maximize quality testing efficiency Basic Unix and Sql skills web technologies.
