You will be responsible for monitoring and assisting our larger customers with their Databarracks online backup services providing on-going pro-active and re-active support to customers around the globe. Full training will be given on our own software but knowledge of Windows server environments and applications is required. Also you will have a rounded understanding of enterprise networks and other applications. We require either a Msce or similar qualification. You will be smart polite friendly driven and have a genuine interest in offering the best possible support to our customers.
