Exec Assistant in Top Us Investment Bank- 13.83 Holiday Pay We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant within the Press Office Team of a top American Investment Bank. This is an exciting role supporting several bankers and assistants 1 Managing Director 3 Executive Directors and 2 analysts. This is a lovely friendly team and you will have the chance to gain an invaluable insight into the workings of a Global Bank. It is essential for you to be degree educated have at least 5 years corporate experience (preferably with press office experience) and hold an interest in current affairs and financial matters. As part of your duties you will be required to ensure that a constantly busy phone group has continuous coverage and ensure that messages are accurately taken in addition to the following Predominantly taking info from journalists and filtering directing enquiries to appropriate press officer. Create briefing documents for all press meetings. Diary management for the team. Travel bookings for the team. Expense Management Processing invoices Scanning of articles Arranging subscriptions Keeping media library of newspapers and magazines filed and organised. Updating excel spreadsheets of media contacts daily media interaction Sending out research Occasional event organising Press coverage in other assistants absence (daily press coverage for a number of divisions) Interaction with Emea Pr agencies Occasional sending out of press releases to distribution lists Research into key media contacts across Emea Ad hoc project support Ad hoc assistant support Arranging team building activities Deal with security process for visiting journalist and their equipment Thank you for applying to Euro London Appointments the UKs largest independent language consultancy.
