Technical Support Consultant (Hammermsith)



We are looking for a skilled technical support person with a number of years experience in the field. You must be smart able to organise your own time well spoken individual with excellent client facing skills. Your technical skill set will include Exchange Admin and Support to server level Citrix Presentation Server good understanding of Ms Sql Server. Full understanding of server and Workstation Os. Network skills You will be very comfortable with Adsl Routers and Managed Lan Switches. A full understanding of Internet and Tcp Ip. Have excellent server and Workstation hardware knowledge. You must also have experience in supporting Macs. Successful candidates will be based in the Hammersmith office office hours are usually 9-530 Monday to Friday. Working in a small It Support Consultancy you will be in direct contact with the Md and Operations Manager and will be able to make a change and be noticed for career progression. 22-28k
