Our client is a large dynamic Property investment and outsourcing services company in Central London that has just completed the takeover of a large competitor. Despite its size it operates like a small entrepreneurial Private Equity firm. The company has created a new position for a highly competent and commercial technical Modeller who will provide analysis to aid senior management in commercial decision-making on operational projects and improve its existing portfolio model and database working closely with It within the Financial Planning &amp Analysis team. Skills and experience required of Mdx Reporting Services Excel Modelling Sql development and Vba. An understanding of cashflow and financial analysis would be very useful. Prospects are excellent in this high profile role in this well respected company for an accomplished Modelling Analyst.
