Interval International is a worldwide leisure and travel company. The company has a network of more than 2400 resorts in over 75 countries and offers its clients and nearly 2 million member family s high-quality accommodation and leisure products through its 26 offices in 16 countries. We are now recruiting for an Operations Research Manager to join our operations team which includes two analysts. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Operations Research you will be responsible for providing a full business analysis function for the Europe Middle East Afica and Asia (Emeaa) operation. You will be required to identify measurement criteria for products and services conduct trend analyses and develop data retrieval and interrogation techniques to produce accurate and timely reports to support business planning and decision making. In addition you will manage the budget preparation for operations in Emeaa. You should be able to demonstrate full competence in a business analyst role and have a first class knowledge of databases and Advanced Microsoft Excel and access. Working knowledge of business intelligence applications is also desirable. This must be accompanied by excellent analytical and organisational skills.Ideally you will be a graduate in business or finance with some experience in managing staff you will be detail orientated and have worked in a commercial environment.You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate complex issues concisely to non-finance managers and directors. The successful candidate will have the skills to make an immediate impact upon our operation.
