One of Euopes leading providers of learning environments requires an experienced organised customer focused Sales Administration Manager to fill a multi-tasking role based in a fast paced office. A job description will be provided on application but an example of duties include 1. Responsible for all administration relating to the Sales and Business Development Team including collating data from new orders and contacting customers for confirmation of details. 2. Keeping up-to-date customer records and filing systems. 3. Chasing purchase orders and preparing intricate invoice request data to pass to the Accounts department. 4. Liaising with the Accounts department and Sales to provide vital information for the purpose of dealing with invoicing queries together. 5. Preparing customer contracts for all UK customers. 6. Helping to compile and prepare the presentation of tender documents when necessary. 7. Assisting in the marketing function of the business by preparing relevant merchandise and documentation and sending to customers as and when required. 8. Sharing duties pertinent to the office management and running of the office. Preferable person specification Previous experience in an office administration role. Customer service experience. A good knowledge of Microsoft office package word and excel. Experience of working with customer databases Experience of multi tasking for different departments managers. A good telephone etiquette. Any successful candidate will be asked to undergo a Crminial Records Bureau Enhanced check and will be asked to prove they are legally able to work in this country. Salary negotiable. No agencies.
