Health and Beauty sales experience a must. As Retail Store Manager you will help manage coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and motivate your team to share in The Organic Pharmacy s unique vision and approach to health and beauty. Informative caring and knowledgeable you will lead your team by example and help achieve sales targets with style glamour and compassion. You will ensure each client has an exceptional experience every time. You will have a strong commercial understanding and analyse organise set targets and review the performance of your business including managing all paperwork and stock control. In return for the excellent service you provide each of our customers we will support you with ongoing training and will work with you during every step of your career to help you achieve your goals and aspirations.
