Residential Block Manager (West London)



Craig Sheehan is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents based in West Kensington. Block management has grown organically over the past 3 years to 300 units and we are now looking to employ a dedicated senior professional to take control of this part of the business overseeing a small team and building a serious income fee producing department. You will be Rics qualified with at least 5 years experience of block management (prefereably with knowledge of Eurolink Veco software) and a drive to succeed and become an integral part of an expanding business. Rewards are commensurate with experience and future equity could be available to the right person.
