Practice Manager (United Kingdom,West London)

A well established Gp surgery in West London requires an experienced Practice Manager to start Asap. You will need to be experienced in the role have excellent communication skills and have good It skills. Main duties will include Managing Clinical Audit Liaising with Primary Care Trust. Allocating work ensuring all delegated tasks are carried out to agreed standards Assessing staff performance Interviewing potential staff drawing up contracts and job descriptions Developing and maintaining effective communication both within the Practice and with all relevant outside agencies Monitoring and evaluating performance of Practice team against objectives identifying and managing changes if required Developing practice protocols reviewing and updating as required Coordinating clinical and administrative staff rota s annual leave requests and arranging cover as required liaising with recruitment agencies if required Ensuring maintenance of all equipment in the surgery Checking stock levels and ordering as and when required As well as the above duties you will need to have experience of Payroll Iris Package Accounts Iris Package Vision medical software If you feel that you have the skills and experience to succeed at this role then we want to hear from you.
