Personal Assistant This busy growing It Company in Borehamwood requires someone for a new full-time Personal Assistant position. The role will be split between the Managing Director approx (65 and the Technical Director approx (35 Previous experience in this role is essential. You will be able to speak good English to work well under pressure have extremely good communication organisation and writing skills and be able to work independently as well as under supervision. You will be educated to degree level. The role will include Managing daily administrative functions Maintaining diaries as required Maintaining filing systems archiving and creating new files as necessary Updating and maintaining Outlook calendar and contacts Being the first point of contact for the Directors Drafting a variety of written documentation including reports letters memos and other correspondence Typing of minutes from time to time Participating in some meetings and writing minutes (not shorthand) Organization of some personal correspondence and other duties for the Directors Making tea coffee for Directors meetings and organizing lunch as required In order to be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate they are able to meet the essential criteria as outlined below Skills Attributes Previous experience working in a busy office environment Extremely well organized and systematic Able to multi-task prioritize and manage the workload Very strong communication skills both written and verbal.
