Part Time System Administrator for Mobile Web Social Startup (All London)



We are looking for someone who is technically literate in Web and Mobile Applications to act as the Systems Administrator for a brand new highly innovative mobile web social networking site. Able to get involved in acceptance testing of Apps currently in development and due for completion in Jun 09. Capable of analyzing beta users feedback to prioritise enhancements and developing and running MySQL queries on a database which is stored on the Amazon Cloud. The development team in India are available for Apps Maintainance activities so coding skills are not essential but a good understanding of the development process is important. Like most startups we are running on tight budgets but there is adequate funding to get the App live on the iphone and Nokia S60 platforms as well as a Web App version. We have budgeted for a enhancement to the beta service with a full go live planned We have a strong Marketing Plan and we The hours would suit a enthusiastic techie who is stuck in a pays the mortgage boring day job and who wants to get in on the ground floor of something that will be big.
