Part-Time Hr Officer Cipd qualified ?17per hour Holiday Pay Our client an insurance company based near London Bridge is looking for a Cipd qualified Hr Officer. This position is part-time -3days per week and would suit someone with Hr Officer experience in a small company. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team is essential.The successful candidate must have strong organisational skills including a proven recruitment process. Multi tasking and managing their workload whilst working to strict deadlines is required along with having a motivated and flexible attitude with a yes mentality. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required along with advanced level It skills including Word Excel Power Point and Outlook. Main Duties include oarrange Hiring new staff including reference checks. oorganise Hr meetings and agendas Contact agencies to receive Cvs for new vacancies. Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interviews either directly with candidates or through agencies. Prepare offer letters and send offer package. Send references to Doug Morley and when all three have been returned route to the correct manager for approval.
