Initially offered on a Temporary to Permanent basis the Pa to the Sales and Business Development Director role is likely to be suited to someone with around 3-5 years Pa experience within any sector of industry. Outstanding interpersonal and Ms Office skills are a prerequisite as is the ability to build rapport with senior colleagues and Directors across the organisation. Key responsibilities will include researching and co-ordinating extensive international travel arrangements and collating travel itineraries managing diaries including meetings conferences and video conferences co-ordinating internal and external client meetings preparing proposals reports presentations and correspondence generating lengthy and complex expense & claim form submissions assisting with administrative and It requirements standing in as Pa to other Directors when required leading on office events and social engagements updating the key contacts database managing the department s Travel & Leave system supporting visiting Global colleagues including company Directors with their travel meeting and social schedules Act as liaison between senior management and colleagues to facilitate work and accomplish objectives in a collaborative effort Compiling and formatting presentations for monthly and quarterly sales meetings and attending these meetings (in Gloucester) taking the minutes and recording actions Key qualifications and skills will include extremely well organised with the ability to multi-task juggle workloads and meet deadlines excellent attention to detail with a logical and analytical approach exceptional time management with a motivated and proactive attitude helpful friendly polite and very well presented strong verbal and written communication skills articulate confident and able to deal with clients management at all levels ability to cope with pressure advanced typing speed with high level of accuracy and advanced knowledge of Ms Word Excel and PowerPoint and Ms Outlook If you have the relevant experience for this role and can work in the UK on a permanent basis then please forward your Cv to jeremy australasian.co.uk
