Pa to Hotel Director in Mayfair We are looking for someone who has experience of working in an administrative role in London with excellent presentation and communication skills (preferably native English speaker The ideal Pa will also have a good knowledge of all the Microsoft Office products Managing and processing the payroll for two Hotels Helping with Hr Procedures Dealing with guest comments complaints and TripAdvisor Managing Health &amp Safety for the company staff Arranging and taking part in meetings and taking notes Writing letters and audio typing various administrative tasks including designing procedures filing creating spreadsheets and databases The hours are 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. Salary ?20-22k per annum Please do not apply if you do not hold a valid visa work permit.
