Pa and Office Administartor (Hammersmith)

Job Specification Reporting to the Director of the company you will be responsible in handling all general office administration and act as a Pa to him. Your role will involve providing administrative support to the company. Person Specification You will hold a recognised qualification with at least 1 year of experience. You will be a highly focused individual a team player willing to take the initiative and able at times to work unsupervised. You will have excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Highly proficient in Ms Word and Ms Excel. General accounts experience is highly desired. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to liaise with colleagues in other departments as well as external contacts. Attention to detail and absolute focus on quality of work. Must have excellent communication skills You will be flexible and will be able to commute daily to your work location in Hammersmith. Key Tasks General office management Producing company documents Organising company events Diary &amp travel management Client liaison in person telephone and email Organising meetings and appointments. Preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes Maintaining and updating databases and files Assisting with maintenance and updating of company accounts.
