Operations Manager for Kids Camps (West London)
Fit For Sport is the UKs leading Healthy Lifestyle Activities Provider. We work with 10000 children educating & promoting a healthier lifestyle to our kids and their families. Fit For Sport deliver School Services Accredited Training and activities for Children & Families as well as our successful Fitter Schools and Fitter Families Free UK initiatives. All aimed at engaging and educating children and their families on how to easily adopt a healthier lifestyle through routine habit changes incorporating throughout its Sas message (Simple Achievable and Sustainable) We have the following positions available Operations Manager Key Roles Oversee and manage the relationship with Ofsted in relation to out of school activities ensuring all sites adhere to the welfare requirements outlined in the Ofsted framework Manage the day to day running of the Fit For Sport Kids Camp activities (up to 16 weeks of the year) overseeing up to 30 registered sites in and around London Ensuring the each sites has appropriate equipment documentation and staffing inline with partner needs and Ofsted guidelines Attend weekly management meetings and liaising with Hr department Marketing Training Director and Office Manager Report monthly in relation to Operations Budgets and projections Develop communications with Kids Camp partners clients local authorities and other related organisations Experience Skills Qualifications Experience in relation to children s activities and understanding of Ofsted Eyfs Management experience preferred Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Good computer skills Fit For Sport values If you are interested in any of the above positions please forward your Cv and the position you are interested in to-recruitment fitforsport.co.uk Due to the high number of applicants Fit For Sport will only contact those applicants deemed appropriate to put forward for the positions available Looking forward to hearing from you
