We are a specialty pharmaceutical company with a strong and growing portfolio of specialised hospital medicines We wish to appoint a Office Manager Based in our Stevenage office and reporting to the General Manager the Office Manager will be responsible to provide a high quality support service to the General Managers and his direct reports as required by the business Maintaining the smooth operation of the team filtering messages and correspondence as appropriate Organising travel schedules and preparing itineraries booking flights and managing and maintaining electronic diaries as needed Drafting and handling correspondence as required Arranging internal meetings and customer visits Manage Health and Safety policy on behalf of the office and liaise with counterparts in the Oxford office to ensure Best Practice is shared Manage supplies of stationery and other essential resources to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the office environment Chase customer payments to ensure debtor days are minimised Contribute to the manual and electronic processing of expenses and invoices with reconciliation as needed Help to prepare PowerPoint presentations spreadsheets and charts as required Qualifications Skills Previous administrative experience preferred Competent in Excel Word and PowerPoint Numerate and analytical Adaptable energetic and willing to take on new challenges Confidential Highly organised Fluency in foreign languages preferred Salary and Benefits From ?18k to ?25k dependent upon experience 5 bonus private medical insurance permanent health insurance pension 25 days holiday plus statutory days Candidates must live in the Stevenage area or at commuting distance from Stevenage.
