You will need to have strong interpersonal skills as we receive incoming calls from clients and candidates every day. The willingness to learn about the property business is a must. Experiance in letting properties will help however we offer excellent on going training which will benefit you and your potential salary. Fluent native English speaker essential Natural Tallent in I.T Lettings estate agency an advantage Full UK driving licence an advantage Previous experience in an office essential Excellent command of writen and spoken English Ability to do Audio-typing with accuracy & good speed Excellent knowledge of Email Microsoft Office Outlook Ability to draft own letters correspondence Must have numeracy skills Book-keeping an advantage Excellent telephone manner Good filing skills essential Must have can-do enthusiastic attitude Must be flexible & willing to muck in Experience in lettings Estate Agency an advantage Ability to deal with people politely but firmly. Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
