The work will be predominantly telephone remote support of clients with occasional on-site visits. This is a great opportunity for a junior technician to launch their career by joining a vibrant company and learning skills from an experienced team. Candidates should have A passion for technology (not just Apple Mac People skills affable and be able to explain issues to laymen Experience with Mac Os X and Apple hardware.
