Job Description We are looking to recruit an individual with excellent attention to detail and an eye for customer service to join our company as an Operations Executive. Day to day the position will involve the processing of customer orders (ordering products from suppliers checking customer prescriptions with UK Opticians picking packing and posting orders) and providing telephone and email support to customers. The position offers the chance to work closely with Lenstore.co.uk s Head of Operations to deliver exceptional service to our customers. As part of a small and growing business a high degree of flexibility is required from the candidate. The position offers hands on experience of operating an internet retail business. It is a critical position that will deliver real results to Lenstore.co.uk. It is also offers a hard to find opportunity to learn how to grow a business and to work within a high growth credible and fun start up.
