It Soho is a Managed Services Provider (Msp) that offers computer systems management services to clients throughout Central London. Clients are professional service firms with significant technology needs. It Soho works closely with clients to address all technology issues and ensure that client organizations use technology to be leaders in their fields. Network Engineer Staff provide technical support to a demanding and diverse range of customers from different industries. Individuals should have a technically strong team-oriented approach to support Microsoft Apple and Linux Software products industry standard workstation and server hardware popular 3rd party software applications Virtual Private Networks and Active Directory administration. Troubleshooting skills must be excellent. Patience to work with clients in real-time over the phone and through remote desktop tools is required. Ideal Qualifications Minimum experience three years working on a technical help desk or equivalent experience in supporting a diverse customer base. Knowledge of Windows and Exchange Server 2000 2003 and excellent working knowledge of Active Directory. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 suite of products. Microsoft Certification At least three years experience in software and hardware troubleshooting on laptops desktops servers and networking equipment. Ability to understand and carry out complicated written and verbal instructions. Strong deductive and analytical skills attention to detail. Positive and dynamic team and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Minimum Requirements Bachelor s degree in information technology or closely related field and three to five years of experience supporting local area network connected devices or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
