It Support Analyst (North London)

We are currently recruiting for an It Support Analyst to join a small team providing It services to office and shop based staff based in our Head Office in North London. The main responsibilities of this role include Providing first level support to office staff in a primarily Windows environment. Providing first level support to store staff running Prologic Cims Epos tills on a mixed Adsl &amp Isdn based Wan. Duties include Performing regular system checks and housekeeping maintenance on W2K3 file print Sql and mail servers. Installing Pcs printers scanners etc as required. Setting up new Pcs &amp users in Active Directory. Installing and maintaining third party software including Teamspirit QuestPDM Gerber Adobe Cs &amp Photoshop versions. Assisting with project work including the testing of new software releases or hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in an It support operations role. A good working knowledge of Windows Server 2003 Ms Exchange Active Directory and Group Policy is ideal as is familiarity with Ms Office particularly Excel. Working mainly during office hours the position will require some flexibility when certain tasks require evening or weekend attendance.
