German speaking Personal Assistant for Private Equity Firm Short term contract ?15 Holiday PayOur client a successful private equity firm based in Green Park are looking for a Personal Assistant to support an Associate Principal and a Director. This is a varied role which incorporates looking after the office (stationary organise board meetings minute taking) meeting and greeting of visitors and diary management. The ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external staff is crucial as well as strong attention to detail to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will need to prioritise responsibilities plan your time effectively and use your problem solve skills on occasions. You will need to have strong written and oral communication skills and maintain a professional demeanour at all times whilst working in a busy environment. You will need to have hands on attitude be approachable and forward thinking to ensure smooth running of the office. Duties include Dealing with German speaking clients Organise meetings and prepare agendas briefings Minute taking Organise and manage business travel Collect timesheets Forward timesheets expenses to payroll Prepare and update business documents including Word Excel and PowerPoint documents Data entry Order stationery supplies Answer calls received at reception Organise catering for business meetings and events A minimum of 1-2 years Pa experience is required. Advanced Word Excel PowerPoint and typing skills are required.
