Full Time Customer Service assistant required for Online Retailer Ecommerce store (South London )
We are an online retailer that has been expanding rapidly over the last few years. We are looking for a full time customer service assistant to deal with web and phone orders stock control and additional adhoc duties. The ideal candidate should have at least one year s customer service experience with a good knowledge of the internet. The candidate should have a passion and positive approach for helping in the growth and success of the company. The candidate for this position will be responsible for Main duties Responding to customer emails and telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner Handle telephone orders and assist customers with the ordering process Picking and packing all orders Dealing with customer exchanges and refunds Stock control which includes checking new stock delivery and occasional inventory checks To highlight any key product discrepancies Handling complaints and website issues Handling general telephone and email enquires in an efficient manner Additional duties Writing product descriptions Writing Brand and Category descriptions Taking and editing product photos for the website To assist the Manager in additional tasks whenever requested. The ideal candidate should have the following competencies Experience in customer service Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills Good organisation and prioritisation skills Work as part of a team Be proactive and follow issues through to resolution Proficient in Word and Excel Good knowledge of the internet An interest in fashion and art is preferred but not required. All training will be provided and a starting salary will be proposed according to relevant experience and will range between ?13k 16k. Staff discount will be available on limited amount of products on a monthly basis.
