Fishmonger (East London)

We are opening a new venture in Broadway Market and as such we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has extensive experience as a fishmonger. Must be flexible with several years of experience in advising customers on their particular fish requirements. We need someone who has a real passion for cooking and preparing fish and sees this as an opportunity to work in a friendly environment. The main purpose of the role will be seafood preparation cutting the fish as requested by each customer. Additionally you will maintain attractive Seafood displays and support the other staff. You will always ensure a positive company image by providing courteous friendly and efficient service to customers and team members.
