Financial Systems Administrator (Holborn)

Wsp Environment &amp Energy is a global division of Wsp Group plc a Ftse listed international engineering consultancy. Due to rapid growth within the division senior management are undertaking a global implementation of Deltek Vision and Crm. A role has emerged from this to spearhead the global system providing front line support for the business. Essential relationships will be forged with Senior Management Deltek the Swedish Information Technology support team and the division s financial controllers. The Applicant Experience of managing the day to day configuration support issues and development of a global Erp system Knowledge of global multi-currency financial systems preferably project based and or Deltek s Vision including Time and Expense and Crm Familiar with user security and configuration requirements of these types of systems Good Sql and Sql Reporting skills Basic accountancy knowledge Experience of working in a support role would be desirable Key responsibilities will include Support System Requirements Manage system upgrades and new releases with Deltek It and business Manage system hot fixes with Deltek It and business Manage the addition of new modules to the system Feedback to Deltek issues and suggested system enhancements Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures Apply and manage the configuration of the system Support Business Requirements Establish and maintain problem resolution knowledge share database Respond to business requirements to meet financial and Crm system needs Help define business requirements design create and monitor chosen solutions including Sql Reports Train current and new users on the use of system and report writing tools Create detailed user instructions Access management Configure roles and responsibilities within organisation Control and manage role access exceptions Manage the addition of new companies to the systems Database Validity Review standing data for accuracy and duplication Review appropriateness of data relationships and association Undertake data clean-ups where applicable To apply please submit Cv and covering letter to Human Resources at recruitment.environmental wspgroup.com or Wsp Environment and Energy Wsp House 70 Chancery Lane London Wc2A 1af Wsp Group is an equal opportunity employer
