Chocolate Shop Manager (Chelsea)

Demarquette Fine Chocolates is an award winning luxury chocolate company based in Chelsea. The boutique offers the customer a range of hand-made luxury chocolates and chocolate related gifts. We are looking for a shop manager to maintain our flagship boutique. You must have a proven track record in retail store management acquired in the luxury products sector. Strong visual merchandising and customer servicing skills commercial awareness and the ability to train and develop a team are important. Fluency in English is a must. Salary from ?18K. Specific training relating to chocolate retailing will be provided. You must be a self motivator well groomed and highly presentable. You must be able manage your time and duties which include Providing high-level customer sales &amp service Advising customers on our uniquely hand made artisan products Use of cash register and cashing up at end of day Monitoring and management of stock levels Preparation of products in a clean and hygienic manner Assisting with processing telephone mail orders in person or phone you must therefore be articulate and have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Other European languages including French would be an advantage but not essential Reporting on customer feedback and working closely with the Chocolatier on new product development. You will be required to work five days a week including Saturday. Seasonal peaks may require work on Sundays.
