Fantastic newly created role very close to Kentish Town tube. Supporting Office Manager with administrative and secretarial duties which will include answering telephone calls secretarial duties for Ceo Finance Director Operations Director Marketing Director etc. The ideal candidate will have a solid work history and a relevant background (Pa Sec Administration Must be highly computer literate Ms Office especially Excel proactive and professional approach with sound keyboard skills and a flexible attitude. There is a possibility that you will be getting involved in general accounts work entering sales purchase invoices onto the system some credit control but this will not be a major part of the role. As the first point of contact an excellent telephone manner is essential and the ability to probe the caller to obtain salient information.
