Assistant store manager for Global luxury Fashion Brand (London)

We are Looking for a Stand alone Assistant Manager to work with a prestigious company managing a global fashion brand at the cutting-edge of classic clothing. Based in a stunning location in the west end working with a classic wear designer. The product is classy and combines elegance with casual wear. This role is ideally suited to a Retail Manager with a background in fashion brands and a turnover of ?2m with a proven understanding of the fashion marketplace. Your focus will include responsibility for achieving sales and maximising profitability through the effective management of the store team and implementation of company policy and procedures. You will act as an active role model for store employees representing the company brand and values and taking a proactive approach to the business trends and needs. Solid experience of Hr and payroll management is also required and a clear appreciation of stock loss prevention. The successful candidate will have a charismatic energetic personality and thrive on working in a prestigious environment.
