Sales Manager and sales assistants for a Greengrocers (W2 4yn)

We are a Greengrocers and salad bar within a shopping centre in the Bayswater area W2. The successful candidate must have worked in in the fresh food retail sector. You will be managing a greengrocery and salad bar and you will have 3 part time staff to manage. A good knowledge of Fresh fruits vegetables and salads is essential. You must be a self motivator and be able to increase the turnover of both the greengrocery and the salad bar within the shopping centre and also create sales to local offices.
